Each art print is produced on demand in Germany and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Germany: €7.99 · 2–5 business days
EU: €16.90 · 5–15 business days
Ireland, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein: €25.90 · 5–15 business days
Each additional print: + €0.50

UK, USA & worldwide: on request – get in touch.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are paid by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Art Prints

Each art print is produced on demand with care, especially for your order.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your print, without giving a reason.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at hi@katrinschlotterhose.de before sending it back. Returns should be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for standard withdrawals.

Damaged or Incorrect Prints

If your print arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will help arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with your statutory rights.
